Forest Therapy Walk with Holon Healing

Join LELT & Megan-Mack DeRaspe of Holon Healing for a Forest Therapy Walk at Peabody-Fitch Woods. A Forest Therapy Walk is a guided meander through the forest to re-establish a truer sense of overall health and well-being. Through simple sensory invitations of awareness, participants strengthen their connection to the natural environment around them. Free, but pre-registration required as space limited to 10 people.

Earth Day in Bridgton – Community Center Cleanup

Join the Bridgton Community Center and Loon Echo Land Trust to celebrate Earth Day in Bridgton! We’ll be working together to complete a number of projects around the Community Center and Pondicherry Park. We’ll work in the morning and celebrate with a free BBQ chicken lunch around 12:00 pm. Come for the whole event or drop by for as long as you can. All are welcome!

Please bring a mask, work gloves and your favorite garden & yard tools. We will have extra gloves and tools on hand for you to use if you don’t have your own.

Sunset Concert with Bruce Marshall

August 5, 6pm – 8pm
Narramissic Farm, Bridgton

We’re excited to welcome back – again! – local (and LELT) favorite Bruce Marshall for a fourth Acoustic Sunset concert season. A tireless performer with great originals, an expressive, soulful voice and accompanying guitar style on acoustic and steel dobro, he’s earned a reputation as one of New England’s best. Bruce has opened for the likes of BB King and most recently, Jay Leno.

Bring chairs, blankets, and a picnic.

Suggested donation: $10/person. Proceeds to benefit Narramissic & Peabody-Fitch Woods.

Trek for the Trails

Any LELT Preserve

Run, walk, hike, bike, skip or drive- all on your own time and to support the trails you love! The Trek is LELT’s biggest fundraising event of the year. You’ll have all of September to complete your Trek. All Trekkers are encouraged to document their Trek with a selfie or video, as well as raise money from friends and family to support local trails & conservation.
